At Creative Spree Inc., we are proud to offer custom-made products crafted with care by underprivileged women artisans who are learning valuable skills to support their families. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following return and exchange policy to better understand our process:

Final Sale
Due to the custom nature and limited edition status of our products, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review product details and consult the size chart available on each product page before placing your order.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Once your order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@creativespree.org. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes or cancellations may not be possible after your order has been processed or shipped.

Order Acceptance and Limitations
Creative Spree Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion. We may also limit or cancel orders based on quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These limitations may apply to orders made using the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. If we need to make any changes to or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via email.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to assist. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at info@creativespree.org to report any issues.
  2. Include photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us assess the issue quickly.
  3. Indicate whether you would prefer a replacement or an exchange.

Eligible Issues for Replacement or Exchange
Items may be eligible for replacement or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Defective items (e.g., faulty stitching, material, or design)
  • Incorrect items (e.g., wrong size or design)
  • Damaged items due to shipping or handling

Please note that if we do not receive notification of an issue within 14 days, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.
