However, due to the custom nature and limited edition status of our products, all sales are final. Please read the following carefully to understand our return and exchange policy:

Final Sale

Due to the custom printing and limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We encourage you to review the product details carefully before placing an order. To ensure the best fit, please consult the size chart available on each product page before purchasing.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once your order has been submitted, we do not guarantee that we will be able to make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at spree.creative@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that after the order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Order Acceptance and Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting your email address provided at the time of order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below:

If we do not receive notification within the 14-day period, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.
