At Creative Spree, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom stitched products made by talented artisans who are learning valuable skills to support their families. Please review our shipping policy for more details on shipping timeframes and coverage areas.

Shipping Locations
Currently, Creative Spree ships to the following regions:

  • Mainland United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Pakistan

We will notify customers if we expand our shipping coverage to additional areas.

Shipping Timeframes
Our products are custom made to order, which affects the shipping timelines. Below are the estimated delivery timeframes:

For Pakistan:

  • Unstitched Lawn: 5-7 working days
  • Stitched Lawn: 25-30 working days
  • Formal Stitched: 35-40 working days
  • Bridal Stitched: Please note, Creative Spree does not offer bridal stitching services.
    (If you ordered a bridal stitched item by mistake, please contact us for assistance.)

For International Orders (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates):

  • Unstitched Lawn: 10-15 working days
  • Stitched Lawn: 35-40 working days
  • Formal Stitched: 35-40 working days
  • Bridal Stitched: As mentioned, bridal stitching is not offered by Creative Spree.
    Please note: These delivery estimates are provided based on our experience, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping and Custom Duties

  • International Shipping: For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on your order's destination, size, and weight. Please note that volumetric weight might be charged depending on your order size.
  • Any custom charges, duties, or taxes, if applied by the respective country’s officials, will have to be borne by the customer.
  • Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery for orders placed from outside Pakistan, irrespective of the destination location.

Customs and International Shipments
For international shipments, please be aware that unforeseen delays may occur due to customs clearance or other factors beyond our control. These delays can extend the delivery time by an additional 5-6 working days or longer. We are not responsible for any customs-related delays or situations where such delays are not communicated to customers.

Order Confirmation & Shipment Updates
Once your order is placed, we will provide an order confirmation email. After your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number (if available) to keep you informed of the delivery progress.

Potential Shipping Delays
Creative Spree strives to meet our shipping timelines, but there may be situations where delays occur due to production, shipping carrier issues, or unforeseen events. In case of any significant delays, we will communicate with you promptly and provide updated information regarding the status of your order.
